Northleach Town 2nd X1 vs Barnsley Beeches

A young Northleach 2nd X1 were well beaten by a strong Barnsley Beeches team. Barnsley were put in to bat and made a 240-9 with A Walker and W Russell scoring half centuries. Binding and Larner took two wickets each and Captain T Gardner bowled well in his second spell taking  5-55.This was all ways going to be a uphill total for the Northleach Youngsters to chase. They were bowled out in twenty overs for 95 with T Gardner carrying his bat for
59.Barnsley bowled every well with P Moseley taking 6-53.

Northleach will hope to bounce back next against Poulton.
