Northleach 2nd X1 won there first game of the season
against Poulton.Northleach made 194-8 from there forty
overs.G Harris (29) and T Gardner (34) gave them a great
start on a damp wicket. Poulton fought back to have
Northleach 120-7 with Farmer (4-52) and Genever (3-37)
bowling well. It was a fantastic 70 run partnership
between youngsters J Stevens (44) and R Hall (36*) that
took them to the 194 total.
Poulton finished up on 126 all out with J Lawrence
scoring 28. Wickets were spread between the Northleach
bowlers.
Poulton did themselves proud as they only had nine
